Grafana Server Service failed as of repeated restart the server too quickly.

This mistake is for forestalling numerous reiteration of administration restart in framework blunder. In the event that the administration restart surpasses the estimation of StartLimitBurst inside the time indicated by the estimation of StartLimitInterval, the administration startup will fall flat. StartLimitInterval is 10 seconds as a matter of course and StartLimitBurst is 5 naturally.

Now You have to check path  /etc/sysconfig/grafana-server In This file , check there is any directory defined or not for Grafana sever

Example:

Check there is any directory created on this path ls /var/run/grafana. If you found no directory then follow these steps

Step 1 : if grafana-server is not running , there won’t be any pid of grafana server on this path /var/run/

Or directory for this

Step 2:

To resolve this issue,

You will see in this file

Cat /etc/sysconfig/grafana-server

Look at the bottom and change that line if there is no line then enter it.

PID_FILE_DIR=/var/run/grafana    to PID_FILE_DIR=/var/run/grafana//grafana-server.pid

 Step 3:  Make directory

mkdir /var/run/grafana/

Step 4:  Give Permission

chmod +777 /var/run/grafana/

Step 5: Try to start service you will not get any error

systemctl start grafana-server.service

Now grafana server has been started successfully without any error.

You’re done
