Now You have to check path /etc/sysconfig/grafana-server In this file, check if there’s any directory defined for Grafana sever. so
Check there must be any directory created on this path ls /var/run/grafana. If you found no directory then follow these steps. so
Step 1: if grafana-server is not running, there won’t be any PID of grafana server on this path /var/run/
Or directory for this.
Step 2: To resolve this issue,

Look at the bottom and change that line if this is not present.
PID_FILE_DIR=/var/run/grafana to PID_FILE_DIR=/var/run/grafana/grafana-server.pid
Step 3: Make a directory if not present
Step 4: Give Permission to Grafana pid
chmod +777 /var/run/grafana/

Now Start the Grafana Service
