How to install apm, this receives data from an agent and then transform them into Elasticsearch documents. Find the apm server configuration file location at /etc/apm-server and start apm server services. So, this also provide you the log file for apm-server. Install the Repository,

Step 1 : So, download the apm server from this link.

Step 2 : Download the install Public Signing key, configure apm server

rpm --import https://packages.elastic.co/GPG-KEY-elasticsearch

yum install apm-server-7.1.1-x86_64.rpm -y

Step 3 : So, Now make changes in apm-server.yml

start apm server

Step 4 : Start Service and Enable apm server service

systemctl start apm-server && systemctl enable apm-server
