Set Environmental Path For Python

In the previous post, we have installed Python 3.7 version on the window if you want to access Python from the command line, you will have to Set an Environmental Path for accessing it. we can set or add python path in windows 10.

We can also download and install the same then you have to set the path at the below location. if you don’t define the path, you can not run any python program in the windows machine. Python is very easy to learn and it reduces the lines of code. we do use python in data science to analysis the large data.

Go to Search type “advanced system settings,” and then select “View advanced system settings” option. In the “System Properties” window will open, on the “Advanced” tab, click the “Environment Variables” button.

Python most widely used programming language in data science. why we use python? because we can write thousand of line codes in few lines using python. This is an open-source high-level language. 

Set Environmental Path For

Click on Environment Variable

set python path

Python will be installed on this path mentioned below

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37

Click on New under System Variables and add this path to that location.

Click on Okay

Now Open cli Python

See it’s working and printed the Hello world message.
