Step To Install MariaDB 10 Database Server
Today I will show you, Step To Install MariaDB 10 in Linux using the repository. This is an open-source RDBMS server. By default, MariaDB database 5.5 version will be available in Linux without any separate repository. you can install MariaDB centos using the repository and can do MariaDB show users. MariaDB is almost the same as MySQL database server in rhel 7 and you can also configure MariaDB root password using the below command.
If you require to install the latest version 10.x, So you need to have a repository for it. you may download this from the official MariaDB Site. So you can check the MySQL users with the below command.
show user from mysql.user;

Download the repository from here and Create a repository file
run the below commands
yum clean all && yum repolist

So, Now install the mariadb 10
yum install mariadb mariadb-server -y
Secure MariaDB root password before that Start and Enable the Service
systemctl start mariadb && systemctl enable mariadb
You can see mariadb 10.3 database installed on CentOS 7.
